Palm Haven was developed in 1913 on the southern edge of the City of San Jose, California as the quintessential "Residence Park".
Today it is one of the few residential areas in San Jose designated as a Historic Conservation Area and boasts one of the most
striking streetscapes of palm tree-lined streets, Mission-Revival pillared entrances, and historic homes in the many revival styles
popular during the period of its primary development: 1913 to 1930.
